Currently we have set Spawn Protection to 1.5 seconds, while Thawing is set to 1 second and RailCycle to 1.5 seconds. Today it result to me by weird/unfair in my oppinion situation. I was thawed by some1, next respawned near to frozen bodie. It resulted in start instantly thawing teammate. I thawed him, i get killed directly after it and got SpawnKilled. This siutation ended by respawn of two players (me and that thawed player), what is lil unfair. So i suggest to decrase spawnkill (0,9sec), or incrase (which is better option for me) Thawing time to minimum 1.6 or 2 secs. Or mix times like
Spawn Protection 1.5 -> 1 or 1.3
Thaw time 1 -> 1.5 or 1.35

If we will increase thawing time, this cfg will be ultimate "one room camping" tactic. Fast thaw rescues this cfg, i rather see smaller respawn protection, or even no protection Happy

2.5 sec melt time + railjump = noghost Tongue. And no need to touch respawn protection, its good atm. Decrease it and you will see the spawn rape, especially on small maps.

what about disableing teleport respawning ?

I don't mind if people push their frozen teammates thru teleport to make them spawn... what i hate is when some retard stands in front of tp, when u kill him he goes right thru tp and respawns :E makes me extra pissed off when someone tries to pull it off for entire 15 minutes on publics :E besides is teleport spawning available on original ql ?

hardlovely has qlinsta v1.8 and it has probably fixed issues with tp and more, etc.. he made it long time ago but he hasnt released it yet..

teleport thaw is a easy fix! and slithery for examble was fixed in v1.7 , some of them was also in hardlys version!
i can make a v 1.8 with teleport thaw :no; without any probs!
make a poll and all is good! there all can add suggestions !

are you sure about that if you can make the same as it is on this video?

1. Round Begins in.. 3.. 2.. 1.. Fight. - shot (very helpful if you want to have more mates around you during clan war to start fight, not like now you are in separate in the second part of the map and all from your team are somewhere other. then you have these seconds to find your team and pwn in heap)
2. Last standing: "You are the last standing" (to know when you are in lost position or not Winking, good to know it always)
3. You can see your teammates - indicator/marker/whatever, through the wall (i know it works probably like wallhack but its really not possible to make it like that?)

If we want talk about "quake live insta" then it must be quake live insta, not only few elements in cfg and thats all.
