we have atm total homo cup whats need qlinsta 1.7. we have public qlinsta server what is using qlinsta 1.7
so why admins of servers dont change cfg from their servers from 1.6 to 1.7 ;>? in 1.7 was eliminated 'feature' what in fact no1 was want to have it (sliding frozen bodies), so dont waste time and change it to 1.7

hold on bene, total homo cup will be g_gametype 1 (duel)? if so, why do we need new feature with frozen bodies that 1.7 has?

cuz there use newest version 1.7 not 1.6 and i want to play madafaka 1.7 in osrc cup.

3M war server will hold the 1.6 version till the cup ends, or if the cup organizations will change it to 1.7, then we will change it, cos if not, all games will be invalid for the cup.

about other admins no idea

I just had a thought, why this qlinsta cfg is so popular ?
When I made http://www.excessiveplus.net/forums/thread/instagib-cfg-v1
it wasn't even 1 comment about it xd and the only thing (i could find) that makes those 2 different is thawtime. PLZ

Prolly because you didn't made an event on it at the time you released it, and you didn't do good advertisement, and set up a server with cfg uploaded on it, and you didn't invited people from other mods to come try it and participate in your event.
