He gets 1 year Ban from e+, Server admins follow on their own, I belive he can appeal the ban and gets a last second chance , if broken he get permanent ban .

He got ranking ban, so he can not play ranked games as far as ranking is concerned. About servers, it's for the server admins to decide. About forums, i have no reason to ban him, so he can try to clear his name.

As I can see, on the map Overkill he aims and tries to shoot an enemy behind the wall. Finally, his shot hits the wall, as the enemy doesn't get out.
How can it be explained? Tremor or parkinsonism?!
