Advices for rank mods :
There are many copy/paste of RANKING RULES topic on many sub sections of the ranking forums.
Pls make GENERAL RANKING RULES thread on http://www.excessiveplus.net/forums/ranking/ranking.
Pls make INDIVUDUAL RANKING RULES on 1vs1 section : http://www.excessiveplus.net/forums/ranking/ranking/individual-ranking-1vs1
If as example on plus side, there are specific rules, create pls PLUS RANKING SPECIFIC RULES topic where u find only changes from general one or added rules.
Other example: PB + PURE is common to all sections. Therefore it should be on GENERAL RANKING RULES topic
P.S: is National Team rules really similar to clan rules ?
Note pls that many topics have the same name such as this one RANK COMMENTS. How a user should understand it's about PLUS RANK COMMENTS ? Answer is on the question, pls rename it to the sub-forum it belongs to.

we are a bit short of time ali, thats why most urgent changes happen first and detailwork comes afterwards.
about your proposal, you actually rather describe an psychological problem then a problem with the rank system, if you want to fix the problem, fix it at the root and not try a hotfix. If there is need for an urgent solution I'll reconsider it. Didn't talk to fate about it, yet.
