they should play with lagger or what? or they just can't refuse to play anyway and if they haven't enough players without lags they can't continue or what? in this situation - what's next?

what it means to have lag?

how can we measure if a player have lags or not? i mean what are the normality limits of "the lag"?
when does a clan become "laggy" ?

if a player gets 100% loss packets/999 ping is that conssiderd laggy ? could he try to reconnect while the game is timeouted or is all lost?

what if both clans become "laggy" ? how will the rules obey .. including this1 :
"- if the second clan, dont want to play the cw, but the first clan want to play it, then they should play it."

i dont agree with the forced posponed because of the laggyness .. what can you do at 3v3 else then try another date ?? just like illca said please watch those rules to not be easily abused ..

i think all those rules about clans to become laggy are for 3v3

+1. Nothing wrong with the old system - if both sides agree to have pb off, no ref and no demos, RANK! Any post-war flames? Its the clans fault for not paying enough attention, end of.

Btw, who are the ranking moderators these days? Is it just Darkangel and Blackrose or is there anyone else in the fray too?

i think i said clearly in what consist the lag, if the ping jumps from 20 and hight with packets loss...and the player is ''telepporting in the map'' then this rule will work.
also if both clasn agree they can play it : )
but im getting tired cos in many cw or even fw...peopel complain about omg u lager...
ok we played today vs lagers...etc etc...
but ok so here are the ''limits'' what lager means:

starting from 150ping
starting from 10%packet loss
