lil bug.

if u shoot a teammate, u normally recive half the damage as punishment.

if xp_rki is 1, u deal so much damage to ur teammates that u instantly will be frozen, no matter how many hp imo.

any chance having that more balanced? guess it would take some coding but i would find it awesome if  minhp are 1 due to teamattack or something like that.

Also that damage stats get messed up due to such high damage. Maybe you can calculate rail damage based on the itemStyle, like this:

if ( $xp_rki == 1 ) {
	Railgun -> Damage = Health Hard Limit;
	if ( $xp_itemStyle > 1 ) Railgun -> Damage += Armor Hard Limit;
	if ( $xp_itemStyle == 3 ) Railgun -> Damage /= Suit Factors -> Direct;
}

i have decided to stop the development of this cfg, the code is a e+ mod property, and because of the more or less Beast got the full rights to change anything in it if he wishes so

since key goals of the config have get flushed in the toiled i am no longer interested in this project, probably i will build a config where i see the things my way without trying to adapt it to everyones likings

Thats where I do blame you for this cfg Tongue . You should have done this from the start... instead of making a "community cfg", you should have made YOUR cfg. Its obvious you're passionate about implementing armours etc - should have never listened to whiners since it's ended up plusN in a worse position than where it started. gl

laters, it was comunity cfg from the start Happy i am just tired of whiners

all the things that have fixed game play, was negative for half of the community who didn't get even a clue why

if you want my opinion fala is this :

you did a great job trying to do a cfg that can be great for all but they turned against ya and so ...

but no biggy just do your stuff i like plusN .. actualy i like them all Big grin

i wanna see you still in the config bussines!! dont go fala! because im sure that you got great experience till now and would be wonderfull to see maybe new confs or so ...! Happy

I understand you fala. Hope you don't get too much away from E+ because of this Sad

Anyway, here is an update, mostly for simplification of the config. Changes:

2.3 - Jul 10 2010
- Feature xp_weaponStyle removed. Using settings from value 4.
- Feature xp_freezing removed. Health loss completely disabled. Health regeneration only on xp_itemStyle 1.
- Feature xp_antiSpamTime removed. Also small tweaks on ammo limit/regeneration.
- Feature xp_antiCamp removed. Anticamp always enabled.
- Feature xp_switchRatio removed.
- Feature xp_roundRestartMapItems removed.
- Feature xp_roundRestartPlayerStatus removed.
- Feature xp_rki removed. Rail is insta for xp_itemStyle 0 and 1 only.
- Removed special settings for CA gametype, now all gametypes share same health/armor/items settings.
- Reduced knockback for teammates, but increased for enemies/frozen bodies.
- Disabled powerup dropping (both on dead and with /drop command).
- Powerups are reset on round end.
- Increased g_quadfactor to 3, and suit factor to 1/3.
- PlusN settings enforced on xp_referee.
- Removed xp_itemStyle 4 (now xp_itemStyle 2 is mnc's item modification)
