howto run /ref command automatically at startup

i want to -> start quake 3 arena with ref password already set and used

in server.cfg i have defined password

when i try in console / and type /ref passwoard it is visible in streaming for all others !!

i need setup it inside /exec tigerjiva.cfg or inside autoexec.cfg
