If a clan falls apart when it's leader/founder leaves, it really does speak more about the willingness of clan members to carry the torch and their cohesion as a unit, than the loyalty of the guy that left. It's not easy keeping a clan alive by yourself. But of course, some people will be quick to judge and shoot their mouth off.
