OMG . Happy cl_timenudge is used to make ping equal to other player so that no one would lag for anybody. Let say my ping is 90 , and my opponent has 50 , so i type cl_timenudge -30 , and my ping goes 50(similar to his) , and then there is no latency between two players they just equally late 50 ms to the server but they don't late to each other.

This is a complete false statement. It does not working that way.

I am addicted to life.

Re: cl_timenudge

Here is what I use: (at least 3 of those explanations are serious)
QL : cl_timenudge = - ( x/10 ) where x is your current ping, rounded to 0 decimal places, so about 5. (cl_timenudge is capped on ql between -15 and 15 anyway).

CPMA : timenudge = -5 with cg_laghax = -1 and cg_xerpclients 1

noghost : timenudge = -5 ( the benefit is limited cos it's instagib and unlagged anyway, i like lowering ping ))

EKSESSIWE : timenudge = -20 it makes me super unhittable and gives me great advantage in this unlagged instagib game. I started with a gateway command called /rate. But one day at a LAN party a friend offered me timenudge and asked if I wanted to be cool. I gave in to peer pressure and have been hooked ever since. It is having an adverse effect on my work and/or studies. Please have this dangerous command capped at 0. Bunch of morengs.

Or with other words, yes, you see enemys coming around corner earlier. This is good for highpingers, but lowpingers can get nearly langaming when tuning nudge so their ping is zero. This is unfair compared to people whose connection or location is unluckily causing them to have a disadvantage.

Haha, wow good thing you're only trolling, right? Man i'm glad nobody here is petty and self-absorbed enough to seriously formulate such a baffingly silly opinion. Cvars and commands giving you any sort of advantage, imagine that. It's almost as if some of them were implemented for ease of use or compensation, but i'm sure that's just me being ignorant.

there you go, it effectively means a gameplay change, since you always have to stop before you go around corners, against somebody with lower ping.
