Yeah now when you pointing it out, i can say that this is bug xD
before i did actually treat it as some normal but annoying thing

Noticed it someway back aswell, I was rotated 180 degrees after timeout and in a different position On demo it showed me "correctly" though.

Well guys I had the same too, after timeout i found myself in one other position ._.'
But i have a special "tips and tricks" for you
Yesterday night i was playing fw and i was in the air @ yellow armor base looking the left corner/side of YA, i made 3 times Alt+Enter for to go in window mode(as you know doing this the game make a "reload") and magically BOOM! SPLASH! my bfg can shot in that direction(with clear sound) . Well i made Alt+enter x2 times and i had again bfg shot and bfg shot. After timeout from central air position, i found myself on the ground at right ?_?

Ps: this is me emerging from the underground xD

The problem is different position after timeout. I didn't write "tips & tricks" random, i only added some "crazy" details usefull(maybe) for devs.
Imo solve a problem is better than circumvent it, infact minimizer(i don't need it) solve alt+enter and cause kicks by PB if i don't mistake

It happens quite often to me and once in cw (dunno wich one but it's recorded somewhere and clearly visible on demo). Overkill, I was at GL in the air (leftside) and I respawned in lava
I did not press alt+enter and I use neither vista nor w7.
