it appears server physics for players aint stopped during intermission, it causes for example, drop down to ground if you are in air, if you feel really bored, you can call timeout midgame to force all your enemys to the ground or for example, if somebody is over deathend such as dm17 it would cause a multidrop to death if i remember right.
