HOWTO: xpQname.jar create fancy names ?

Czech Republic How can i run xpQname.jar ?
i try to run > java -jar xpQname.jar /path/to/excessiveplus
then i have problem with ipdb.db file
i get this error :
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: input == null! at java.desktop/javax.imageio.ImageIO.read(ImageIO.java:1356) at net.excessiveplus.common.tools.Utils.loadRessourceImage(Utils.java:124) at net.excessiveplus.xpqname.XPQname.<init>(XPQname.java:157) at net.excessiveplus.xpqname.XPQname.main(XPQname.java:286)
i use linux debian 12
phlease help me
