I need some help with my connection.
I have this most of the times when Im on any server. I got a low ping around 30-40 but it is constantly going up to values like 280, 450, 999 for like 1-1,5 seconds.
When it drops back to normal its playable again for 5-10seconds then its up high again.
ping was 80ms.
look at to the delay in the appearance of figures lives (and all models, including players models), what it is connected?

This is where 0% packets lose...
I was hacked enemy or what it?
As the title says, I got kicked on beer freezer this night by the server with the message "Unpure client detected". Therefore I also got banned on the server.
As far as I know, this is the case when someone is detected by the server for using cheats.
Since it's pointless to claim or disclaim cheating, I'll state these facts and ask few questions:
-I've never gotten this message before on any server.
recently i opened quake and appeared this message, wtf is that? i always keep my quake folder clean and i perfectly know every file into it, nothing weird...does anyone know something bout it? i made title like that for fun and so ppl would look at it 
Heya guys !With my new pc i got i big problem ! Every time i am playing on servers with pb ON,i got blue screen with 0x00000124 code ! That's happening only in quake 3 and ONLY on PB ON servers.Any advice ?PS.My hacks off.

i got serious pocket loss, and idk why. i'm playing on a laptop, with wifi, and never had that sh*t before, just in the last few months. if i move to my friends place, i still have the loss, so i dont think its my isp. i dont have loss in ql or any other games. please help me because its really really annoying.

i installed Q3A as well as TA just a few minutes ago because i wanted to fix this problem:
Unfortunately even a fresh installation didn't help. I'm running Q3A under Win7 64bit in compatibility mode "Win XP SP2". Changing the compatibility mode as well as resetting my cfg didn't help.
I have played on the numpad for as long as i can remember when playing quake. However Quake now decides it doesn't want to recognize numpad 8 which would be my forward button. The numpad works outside of quake but the game and the options menu for binds doesn't recognize it. Its like it doesn't exist. the rest of my numpad works fine.
I have checked my q3 config and even reset it a few times to check but n avail. Could this be a hardware issue.. but then why does it work outside quake?
I've made my HUD all ok except for the team and flag status elements which are refusing to work as I intend. The red/blue team status switch sides depending which team I'm on. Hard to explain and I don't have the files on Han atm to paste the code here.None of the prebundled huds seem to have an example of what I want and I can't find the default HUD in the e+ pk3 files.
All I need is the way these elements are displayed on the default HUD. I can adjust it from that.
