Client questions, configurations and troubleshooting.
Hello , I'm trying ioquake and the only problem is I'm getting a sound background noise like wind when playing , in spec mode is gone but wile playing is constant ... someone knows what cmd is it ? .
this is a bit of a random bitch and moan topic, not bothered as i adjusted to it already.
So long story short, i had some usb issues with another device (xbone controllers micro usb kept disconnecting) and my mouse stopped working, it was bricked. after reflashing the firmware i got it to work again, except it refused to work with the old driver i had installed.
ok ive been having this problem for a wile , just got crashed in beer for the 3rd time same map .. at any given time game will crash , sometimes it last a few games and sometimes it does it multiple times in a game , sometimes wile connecting as well . Please someone take a look at my cfg ?
I don't think is a problem with hardware I got all new stuff..
Also jabs , Ufas , xlair and others who play 1vs1 have told me my gaunt sound sticks for like 3 seconds at last places I use it ????? . .
My whim is a gun in the middle of the screen, as well as r_picmip in 0. But I want to ask about gun! How to make that rail was red and railgun when a shot has not changed his color?
Hi guys, this is a problem I have from some months when I'm returned from inactivity.
I can't see q3tourney3.
I tried to install Q3 again, I even tried to replace the whole pack0 only, then all other packs.
Drivers are up to date. Mine is a nvidia 9700GT.
I thought to download a pack from internet, but I don't want to get some shit hax embedded or viruses.
Have any idea what cause that or what it could mean -except a bad connection- a random vertical red lines pass slowly from right to left, neither a regular number nor a regular frequency, makes lag strikes (=
while changing/rotating map, screen freezes and disconnects from server with this error message error: cl.snap.server time < cl.oldframeservertime
any ideas?
I downloaded the cfg and there was five or so files but I don't know what to do with them, if I load plusn.cfg I do not spawn with all the weapons and it has all the items like fly quad battle suit etc I don't want. I would like to play as if I was in beer but on localhost.

Edit: I downloaded plusn2.4 cfg from here: http://www.excessiveplus.net/forums/thread/plusn-cfg-2-4 and it gives plusN.cfg, ho.cfg, mapitems.cfg, mmod.cfg and weapons.cfg but I don't know what to do with them.
Now when i look MVD all players keel only...
How need configure the config, so that would when viewing team what i look was anarki and their enemy team was keel? Help me please 
Hello guys, so we played a funwar yesterday, and I couldnt get on a server, okay then blitz told me to downlaod this new 2.3 thing. I replaced my z-xp-2_2b.pk3 with z-xp-2_3. That was only thing I modified in folder. And I got like fuckloads of sound problems! So basically if I am in red armor on dm7, blitz was melting green in rl, I heard this sound in mega!?
Also, I hear enemies randomly from different sides, that where they really are.Anyone else had this?
