Now when i look MVD all players keel only...

How need configure the config, so that would when viewing team what i look was anarki and their enemy team was keel? Help me please

Set your model to anarki, change team_(head)model to anarki/xp, force player models and then use xp_specmodel

Something like that anyway, dunno.
