look at to the delay in the appearance of figures lives (and all models, including players models), what it is connected?

This is a limitation of the Quake 3 netcode. The game was not designed for such fast movement as it is common in Excessive Plus.
fix: more accurate xp_improvePrediction

yes and the antiwh does the exact opposite of this cvar.
