windows crash?

My computer crashes at least twice a day. I have windows ME, and i get that blue screen thing, it tells me the system is busy, any suggestions on how to fix it?

Trackball

I have been saddled with using a trackball for about 8 months now, due to a wrist injury. Does anyone out there use one? Any config help for this thing would be helpful.
