windows crash?

My computer crashes at least twice a day. I have windows ME, and i get that blue screen thing, it tells me the system is busy, any suggestions on how to fix it?

If shows code on blue screen you can try it search in Windows codes book, try also shut down all programs running in tray(taskmanager help too) but if problems continue high recommended save your files on DVD or CDs and install atlast XP service pack1 Happy

u dont need to delete ur harddrive for reinstalling an os... if u have it particioned.... if not then get particion magic or something, save ur files on a seperate partition and reinstall os.

Linux. Solved all my problems LOL! Next time it does it, look for an error code on the blue screen, then write it down and google it. Also, run some spyware, adware, and virus cleaner programs. Delete programs you don't need. What is the thing that you do to trigger the blue screen?
