Personaly I use Logitech G5 mouse, 2000-800-400 easy changing dpi, adjustable weight, pretty comfortable. Sure it might have more buttons, but im not complainig.
You can read the review "The best gaming mouse: Logitech G5 vs. Razer Copperhead" here:

Btw, G5 is only for right handed Smug
GL with your choice, dont forget, Logitech's and Razer's are best of the mouses manufactures. Happy

mx518 is pretty good imo Happy but i suppose the G5 could be more fun to buy if you're looking for a new mouse, i bought my mx518 after the G5 was released because i think it feels much nicer, the razer mouses got a bit akward form, maybe its good when you get to know it

Agree with bob...if I would be buying a mouse now it would be the MX518...cause ppl seem to have problems with some of their G5 and it misses some buttons that the 510/518 series have....and those buttons are crucial for me in quake Happy So yeah,I would go for the 518 Winking

Count me to the one percent that doesn't. Absolutely not. Tongue

My Diamondback rocks and I'd never trade it in for another mouse as long as it works. Best 55€ I've ever spent.

Dont be so single minded Tongue
While i havent tryed all models, i am not going to judge others. I'm sure razors are great, also MX518-510, but i have chosen and i like my choice. Happy

Single minded? I thought I was the one here contradicting a single minded statement. Winking

I've tried the Logitech mice, I didn't like them. I don't hold my hand that way, and some of them seem to have been made for gorilla hands. It's a matter of taste and none is better than the other just like that... it depends on what the individual needs and expects from a mouse. Frankly, I'm not going to recommend one mouse to Sakati because the only way he is going to find out which is better for him is by going to a store and trying each one out, getting a good feel and seeing what's going to benefit him more on a long term basis. Anything else is nonsense, because what may work for you guys won't necessarily work for him.

As long as the Diamondback is functional, I have no reason to replace it. It does exactly what I expect from a high-end professional mouse. Aside from excessive quaking, it's pure bliss for my design work. Once and if it dies in a few years I will have another look around and see what's available, but until then it's the Diamondback for me.

I heart my Copperhead. The only things I have against it are that theres this plastic ridge on the right side, and it bugs the living hell out of my ring finger. Also, it really doesn't fit my hand like I'd prefer. But, it's really sensitive, and I love it! Mine's blue, matches my computer's LEDs
