How can I create a Public Forum for my clan?
Ok, I started a server in E+(Excessive Plus CTF USA {FUC} and I'm stuck on a few things:
1.) Is E+ unlagged in itself, or do I need to add an unlagged file in my server cfg?

Excessive Plus team had a really nice idea to let players vote for the maps they want to play on the official servers.
We now have Two lemon servers one freeze and one TDM soon a 1vs1 server too..
The servers are in Germany..

As you might noticed, that I need help with makeing server. I mean, that I want to host a powerful server, which runs 24 hours a day.
I need to know how to make my server name in color so when people are looking in their server list, mine will stand out in color. I tried ^1 and ^4 and everything but nothing worked.
