Yes, they're necessary ( explain )

mvd isnt there for no purpose, in fact, i had some anticheat being pretty easy due to people catched on mvd when a normal demo would not.

and about the tactic/strategy yes its true that maybe other clans would see how you played on the games. but ain't this the same for all the clans??
in 1.03 we didnt had mvds yes and clans were very secretive about their strategies ..but then we also had had plus.cfg/e5r/e5/e6 we didnt had spawn protection and this new spawning system .. back then if you were good enough you couldn't spawn on the map cause you KNEW where the enemy is spawning if he is killed in "place X" (i dont say the new version is better or worse .. lets not change the subject)
another point for having mvds are movies now we have tones of frags from all the players 
that awaits to be converted to a clan-movie
i can live without mvds but i think that mvds are good for now at least in railonly side (cause from there all the new cheaters come)

The word "tactics" is totally overrated in E+.
For me there are just 2 tactics. Camping or Running. The rest is made by the skill of players and their ability to read a match.
The direct communication in E+ is just semi-important, same as "special"-tactics.

xD yeye i see, cheaterz could love me if remove mvds .. But they have found wrong person!
Btw Skull & Epsi about use against "smart" cheaterz, i gave it for sure 
.Ofc is important to check that, and why not maybe assigning the control of mvds only to a restricted group of examiners . Btw i don't want mean complex things
edit: and i agree with streaming and movies ofc ;D they're different things

lol, what a dumb idea. You might as well apply the same analogy to football (or any other team sport) so other teams can't study your tactics. "doh"

Hi guys, i would know your thought about MVDs use.
.Note: not so negative if only clan A watch that mvd, but the mvd can be viewed by clan C, D,E,F , G,H,I...Z.
. Anyway viewing an MVD don't mead that next time will sure win ofc, but i hope you have understood what i mean.
Yes, they're good for watch some games, but.. think this:
CASE example:
- clan A vs clan B- Clan B wins- Clan A lose, but watching mvds ( a part correct own mistakes) learn some moves of ememy, check the rooms where they usually camp etc.. and prepare for the revenge
The fact that mvd puts all infos avaiable to everybody, i think is better don't use MVDsand thinkin me as clan A, i prefer start to train more and use more brain, improving team work for the next time, without easy ways like watch demos
