That is freeze setting though since there aren't any rounds in TDM, just respawn, so it won't make any difference. I still don't get why you don't like xp_freezing - it's a much more effective setting for making people move than having armours enabled. With armours players just hover around the same rooms where mega and red armour are at...
Anyway, do a vote. Make a few a suggestions with feasble xp_freezing and xp_itemstyle combinations and let each clan (NOT EACH PLAYER) decide which they'll prefer - which ever gets highest votes is the official cfg for the tournament.

omg why dont u hold same settings which were in all freeze caps? why do we need to change 1 million settings. At plusN.cfg with itemstyle 2 all is fine, every fw goes on theese settings.

no offend from my side : i make a poll and the clans can decide with what settings u want play that cup.. we have time some weeks now .... one more time this is your league.
iam not a friend from so many settings like in plusN ( with xp this and that , N folders etc ) and all know it .. but that is not the sentense here...
Please all Leaders from clans they will participate write me a private messages with what settings u prefer and i make public that anonymous results ok... because when i make it public all players can vote too. wrong way like ridd said. actually results are then on first page.. please all clanleader they want to participate ( but please make no offend when its that, then i dont want to participate , that can not be a good result for a league ...

1 - health are placed on map

0 - turn off the feature
1 - turn on the feature, people going to freeze slowly itself because of heavy cold, they suppose to move more and seeak for healing items

1 - CPM Switch ( fast switch from MG -type to Power-type weapons )
2 - Excessive Plus 1.02 switch style ( fast switch from MG . type to Power-type weapons )
3- Excessive Plus 1.03 switch style ( 240 ms between every weapon )
4- Excessive Plus 1.02 & 1.03 switch style ( 255 ms for Power -type & 1ms for mg - type of weapons )

My personal vote is for standard PlusN.cfg with xp_itemstyle1...
Using:

because weaponswitch is default 4 and itemstyle is 3, xp_freezing 0

Its TDM not TAG 
DS vote is for itemstyle 1.If u wanna gather armors and health just go play osp/ql, here we have e+. Or if its possible make rail instant kill.
