I don't see any reason why this CW will not be ranked ? Clan won against clan which have cheater in it ? 
So, it is not their fault. If this CW will not be ranked will be punishment for innocents...

You want to rate a war in which actively was cheated. But you do not want to rate any wars in which caught cheaters played, however, without any active cheat.
At that it is a question of principles. No matter who won this war.
If you begin to break principles, then you must judge retroactively all not rated wars again. Otherwise you make yourself uncredible in any aspect.
Stay at least just once on one line and do not hesitate continually with your opinions.

Mowq, I am not rank moderator, I just post my opinion. In the past I was always rank similar situation. Because non cheating clan won even other clan have cheater, it is much harder won in that case, agree ? So, time and energy of that clan will be flushed in toilette, and that is very unfair.
In opposite when someone won with cheater, then CW was not ranked...

Firstly, I am not mowq but mow or mowly. mowq is not anywhere officially set aside. We are not supposed to be friends, got it? Secondly, your opinions vary continually, exactly like the way u treat people. Thirdly, imagine what your opinion can cause. Particularly young clans will think themselves "Yes, who cares, a cheater, that does not worry us as long we win it is regardless". Fabulous, cheater are observed not more exactly as up to now. A fabulous rear door you there want.
Anyway, do what you want, e5 is not my case anyway, i am tyred of posts without clear arguments and one way thinking.
