Yes its true, when a team/clan leader makes modifications in clandb, the team/clan its automatically sent to moderation queue and forums are also hidden until a clandb moderator will activate/accept the changes.
Clandb moderators = forum moderators and admins.

I can congratulate us all. Our cheater has successfully evolved and changes the model data, snaps, cl_maxPackets, rate and other things. But he won't be able to change everything.
