To create the clan you need to have pro account [yes i know you have and i'll buy it in next month too] but that's not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is to actually lead it. I'm not really interested about it because I don't really feel like to finding any events, signing up to cups, creating irc channel, manage pcw's and so on. That requires a person with a knowledge where to get such an info, know the scene pretty well, make contacts and invest his time and patience for the clan. That is the problem. It's far more challenging than railonly e+ scene where we have all in one forum.
