Well, the topics were different, but anyway. I understand both sides, anyway, too.

A cooperation would be the best way to go, for the excessive community as a whole. I can see Easy is able to trim down his ego (i'm really impressed by that, actually). Surely, Edawners aren't worse than that.

Just think about it. No split community, a handshake to let bygones be bygones, and possibly the salvation of the mod.

A lot of bad things were said. Mistakes were done. But is it too late to put that behind yourselves and work towards a common goal? All up to you, guys.

I know i am an icon of skepticism, but if a cynic like myself can go past through that...

First of all, my respond was in no way meant to be personal, if someone felt it that way I'm sorry. Secondly, the edawn project is not leaded by complete morons, through your eyes (i.e. shady, me), and that's what I reacted on - The fact that you changed your opinion about the mod because of a misunderstanding. Looking back I agree my comment is stupid. I apologize for those who felt offended by my post.

In high sight, I see no net positive outcome from this topic discussion that would even come close to aiding in the growth & longetivity of Excessive Plus.

If you have something constructive to say that is 'Off Topic', then mention it in lieu with the forum rules. Otherwise, no further bandwith will be wasted.

On a side note to cool down the raised pitch forks, this modification in no way, shape or form has been 'split' as a result of a number of people deciding to create their own modification. Excessive Plus continues to exist, as it's own entity, for the past decade. The sole arbitrator on the copyright allocation for the name, logo & content of Excessive Plus lies in the hands of Easy, the copyright holder.

There will be no public piliging in this village square.

I have every expectation that Moderator's will be ensuring that future topics of this nature are kept in check.
