W/O is a walkover so itself explanatory from the name, no need to add it anywhere otherwise the rules list can be very long... same as you don't add in rules how you join the team on server, lock teams and etc - just dumb to write all this shit in rules because normal players already knows it.

In the previous leagues when TwT did not come to the game at the set time, we, instead of moaning and writing this bullshit, just tried to play at a different date, so why you can't do the same?
