I bet it's exactly 60 FPS, which makes sense if your monitor's refresh rate is 60 Hz. This is called vertical synchronisation. For me it locks at 120 FPS, since I have a 120 Hz TFT.

also in my quake it changes fps to 60 (cheap monitor)
but game still looks smoothly like with 125 ;-]

its not about elitez clan m8 or admins, its about now who have downloaded this stuff, so if all servers will run pure, we can avoid those files to be used by them :)and i dubt that elitez admins have those files in the server, this is ridiculos they are the ones that did great job baning many cheaters and such, so acusations like they have those files in server, is totaly crap imo.by the way, Beer server always have pure on :] so i dotn see any problem that second famous server here will have it also

today i played for first time on map seamsandbolts, seems a very nice map for qlinsta, didnt knew that it can be so fun to play it good job on geting this map in rotation.
