I lolled so much at the English. Imo, it's bad for the tourney they are out, but oh well. I'm almost as sorry they didn't make it as i am for Scotland, really, the Scots so deserved a spot in the finals, just got a tad bit unlucky. I would be very happy if they'd eliminate Italy and would go through with France. D:
Actually, many teams i hoped to see in the finals are out. Scotland, Norway (AAAARGHHHH, why did they lose to the Turks, FFS), England, both Irelands.. bah. I also hoped that Greece, who play the ugliest form of football on this side of Italy, would not qualify, but they waked up just in time to get a good finish to the qualifying competition. :E
Still, this should be fun. I can't see a team that would be a clear favourite, and this will be definitely a tournament of the underdogs, imo.

damnit, i love to play football, have played like 10 years, and played for University team... but i'm almost crying when i see how playing our national team - i dont belive that such noobs play best of 150 000 000 russian habitantes! bullshit! they even cant hit to goal and make normal passes... pinnokios

Game vs romania on WC? If yes,its nice to remmember '98,romania had a good team and that was one fuckn good world cup,not just cause cro won bronce,but all teams were superstrong and had amazing players,some really good football was played that year.

Actullay its not,alot of foreign football experts declared us ATM the best team in europe and we did bash thru this qualifying games and played really well,if u dont count the shitty macedonia game which was not a football game.But now like I said,we have to prove it on Euro so the horror scenario from last years WC wouldnt repeat again.The thing that gives me hope personally,is that last year alot of players from cro team were in weak clubs,mostly from croatian league which sucks tbh,and now alot of them moved to big clubs and play on contests like Champions League,in other words we are much stronger then last year.
IMO we could be even better if a small change is made in defence,to replace Joe Simunic with Drpic or Etto from Dinamo Zagreb,brasilian player with probably croatian passport very soon,so he will be able to play for cro national team.He should sign for borussia soon..
Edit: forgot to add in previous posts,respect to amazing pass from Beckham for Crouch and 2nd goal,that pass left me speachless.
