england have great individual talent... but they just don't know how to play with each other. which was shown today. even tho england had most of the possession... they were lost.
the experience of the croatian team showed, played well, won deservedly... now you better go on to win the tournament!

We have the potential...but we got burned on WC'06 once allready.That was a bit different team,but most of the players stayed,eduardo wasnt playing in WC,and also Petric who brought us victory today.In that time we were kicking ass in the qualifying stage and then played crappy on WC...we dropped out in the 1st group stage.
Lets hope it wont happen again,btw england has one problem and that is Mclaren,IMO.He makes alot of mistakes,to see some results your team needs to be trained in,u need to have a standard lineup which he hasnt,and not pick different lineup for every game,same as formation.

omg i always give 100% shoutin suport no matter if at match, pub or home... but been a long time since my throat hurt so fucking much
and this is the 1st goal ever that crouch scored that i wasnt happy that he scored it...
and i even blanked out the fact gerrard is smthn of a father figure to me too O.o

and weird how when it was 2-2 i was mad but i accpeted the fact a lil bit cos id still support england if russia didnt qualify... not patriotically, but still would

hey yas, wasnt it the problem of England since ages? If i just look to arsenal, where just 1 single english player plays, and then to rest of the teams, just a english players part of 41 % who play continously in league.
I just hope the 6:5 rule will come really sooon (yes, EU-right has changed, bossman can be past very soon, hopefully). Not just for UK also for Germany even if germany has a lot of talents currently, but i am afraid that it is just temporary like that.

Maybe we meet again on euro,this is now a much different team then it was back then (that match vs italy was our first after big dissapointment after dropping from 1st stage in WC'06),this team is now uncomparable to the team from that match.
