Excessive Plus v1.04-beta6

A lot of things you wrote was config related, not new beta. Today I was looking @ projectiles and I'm sure bfg still goes till the end...

just got round to trying retro tag. lol, the config has shoot unfreeze... really messes up the balance of the game. also... spirals with shotgun trails too Straight face hmm... maybe one day i'll be bothered to learn how to switch those off while keeping the rail spirals.

Trouble installing mod

Hello. I haven't had any problems installing these mods in the past but I cannot get this one to work. Running a Windows XP machine.

What I've always done in the past is extract the excessiveplus component of the mod over the existing one and this usually applied the mod. This hasn't worked this time and I have also tried extracting all the new files to thier respective directories individually to no avail.

I cannot connect to servers running the mod, I recieve the "client mismatch" error, and checking on the quake 3 menu I can see that it still shows as beta 5.

Any help appreciated!
