3. Clans - no limit ;

4. Just one team per clan ;

5. mod - excessiveplus v1.03 [newest] ;

6. config - newest version of plus.cfg ;

7. Timelimit - 15 minutes , Fraglimit - 0 frags ;

8. xp_suddendeath: "1" ;

9. xp_matchmode "1" ;

10. All clans will be play xx matches ;

11.Friendly Fire - Enabled ;

11. Pure Server - Enabled ;

12. Punkbuster - Enabled ;

13. Minimum allowed players per team during game is 4 , maximum allowed players per team during game is 5 ;

14. Minimum one game per week ;

15. Match won - 3 points ;
Match loosed 1-2 - 1 point ;
Match loosed 0-2 - 0 points ;
Match loosed by w/o - (- 1) point ;

16. Maps list - q3dm4 , pro-q3dm6 , q3dm7 , q3dm8 , q3dm9 , q3dm11 , q3dm12 , q3dm13 , q3dm14 , q3dm16 , q3dm17 , q3dm19 , cpm9 , cpm14 and ( overkill - TIE MAP ) ;

17. Clans can't choose the TIE MAP ;

18. Official referees - Kicek, Turas, Morpheus, Deky, Ascari, Marcus, Atwa, Froggy, Rena, Foksie'loy ;

19.Matches will be played only on servers that organiser determine before start of the league.

20. The presence of spectators who are not referees will be permitted if 2 clans give their consent. If the game is closed for others , the referees present on the server should record demos from that concrete game ;

21. If clan quit from the league , during the rest of meetings recives wo, (PREVIOUS MATCHES PLAYED IN THE LEAGUE ARE ALSO TREAT AS WO) ;

22. If clan not showed on match in league will be punished with minus one point in clan ranking system.

23. If any clan recives 3 wo's in a row , will be automaticlly removed from clan list taking part in the tournament, In clan ranking will be punished with -5 points or minus quarter of all points which have used will be higher number of both;

24. Clan abandon league, penalty -5 or one quarter of all points in rank system, depence which number is higher !!

25. If a clan wouldn't show on the proper server for about 20min from time that was setteld before with opponents , it's a WO.

26. If a player start the league with a clan and then move to another which is also participateing in the league, must wait 3 games before playing in the new one.

27. The winners are obligated to make a report post in eXcessiveEvents Forum and @ Clan Ranking Forums. It has to be done max one day after round is completed. The games thats results were not posted, will be considered as NOT PLAYED!

28. : all servers have to run with sv_fps 30 - not more not less
rules for players: snaps must be set between 30 to 125
cl_maxpackets: min 60 max 125

29. Each clan who is glad to take part in the league automaticlly approves that all matches with their participation will be included to the clan rank.

30. If during the game, a player disconnects (and there is no1 to replace that player the team is obligated to take a timeout (two timeout's per map for a team are allowed) If the player is back the game may be continued, If not the map is considered as lost (300:, & the referee pressent on match announces 10 minute break - if after that time TEAM hasnt got enough players, the game is considered as WO

31. All players that take a part in league wars are obligated to play under realnick and with clan tag.

32. Clan that choosen map can choose if game is played 4vs4 or 5vs5? 6vs6 ONLY if both clans agree.

33. If clan isnt replying on challenges (final time for reply is 2 days b4 the date) , the challenging clan may call this game a WO, The challenger has to post a report post like from normal game with proofs (screen, logs, ect)
