Sorry, but I won't bother self to answer on questions I already answered. Evenmore I'm not realy intersted in your opinion about this case, because you are the intersted side.
I'll check server logs and ask people were playing there. Also as I said I would like to see Boykins posts there. Until decision is taken and we are checking the evidences for suspecting cheater - the decision stays as it is. Maybe Fate will answer on your upcomoing questions.

Well bene, just to use UR argument to counter UR argumentation.
If someone is caught with the pistol causing the kill right at the place the police is ofc going to take him to prison till its proven he was that while best evidence is the pistol being in his hands. So much to that one.
About boykins, if he has the cvar now in his cfg, why it never was there earlier?!

ofc, he goes to jail. but he is not guilty untill they proof that he was killer. but remember that the every suspected is potential not guilty for judge! they cannot think from start that some1 is guilty - its one of basic law.
about cvar. ask him. maybe as many members here was have cheat at his hdd to check how it works, deleted it after, but not noticed that he have cvar inside conifg - cuz have not idea that it will be there = when noticed that cuz of pb he removed it directly. maybe this time he was want to cheat?! haha. maybe he has got cl_aoutodownload 1 and connect to some server at some pointrelase and downloaded xyz.pk3 with file autoexec.cfg where inside was that or other cvar? maybe downloaded config from some site where was that cvar? i can easy proof that he wasnt cheating: pb for that - every1 knowssometimes pb kick for some strange variables or wrong asci char name - pure for that - every1 knows sometimes pure kick for fun xD - and e+ anticheat doesnt kick him before and later for that. even durring this game. so tell me please in what time, what galaxy and what server he was cheating?

oh jesus...just give yellow card, end of story...he still can play clan wars fun wars etc etc...just if in future there will be some situation like this, yellow will turn into red as blood that runs in our heart! ffs!

well, then he just needs to re read the thread, re confirm the decision, make yellow card for boykins, and problem solved, since the violation was about that command.

why you classified me into interested side ;> read this topic deeper and you will see that iam always here when some1 is only accused/suspected and there are not existing real proofs for that 
also now you should working directly with rules as you are ranking moderator, and you do simply different way than by rules.
like i said in other topic - rules need to be changed ;P

Cuz of that you have allowdownload zero, however NO cheater would put that cvar into a damn pk3. >_<

PB never kicks for strange variables, it kicks for specific variables, i got a pbsv.cfg here, and just to give as specific answer I totally gotta show you the baseq3 cvars it kicks for, all other are cheat based:

A server were noone of us was arround, or he fought bots to check if the cheat works on E+ anticheat online.
Anyways benedikt, if you dont know shit, dont start talking. Atm we only want a statement from boykins cuz all we know is that the cvar lately popped up in his config and wasn't there before, indicating that he actually did do something lately.
