as i know, nowhere is wrote that the cvar means redcard or ban from ranking ;] as i know you need to proof that i use cheats not in other way show me 100% proof for that i was using them as active cheat, not as 'virtual' constant var in my config what generaly means nothing if they are not linked with cheat

he had it, got kick, remove it from cfg and back to play. so where is the problem? he wasnt able to play with it. also some variables are get into cfg from "nowhere" ;-] you even do not know when you get them inside.

some1 maybe at last will place all rules in one thread multipled to few sections?

edit: btw. for that what we can see he can have only yellow card. what means yellow card? he cannot play CWs? if yes what is difference between Yellow Card and Red Card if both of them disable player from possibility to playing CWs?!

as we can read in ranking rules:

as we can see, FPS said that BOykinS cannot play CWs (before for similar situation bopoh was have 6moonths ban but it was taken out from him)... on what rule basis that his verdict?

i wrote that he is stupid. this is not insult, tis is fact, when he do what he want even if this is wrong with his own rules ;P

situation from real life from law from most of countrys: 1man is killed by gun. you are caugh by policeman with that gun. question: you are a murder? NO! question: you need to proof that you dont kill that 1man? NO! you can do not say nothing. its role of police/judge/law to proof that YOU killed some1. people suspected to be guilty is only suspected until police will proof his fault/guilty or find true / real murder.

so going forward by thinking like normal human you FPS need to find proof that he used that in game in past or in future game from that what you have on screen - if you want to ban him from some CWs. otherwise you can only give him YELLOW CARD for having not clean config.

its only cvar, not whole cheat. its only your ill needing to ban him from next cws ;-] cuz it is not (like you pinted) in any validation of rules. its only because of you. find demos where he was using cheat and prof to us that he was. or find logs where he was permanent banned for having cheats on hdd.

question: does tanaka had yellow card for his detected real hacks?
cvar detected in config means nothing for me, cuz i know how easy is get them into cfg.
at last... he was playing that game till end without any error, so when he was using that cheat? please explain it. again: cvar means that same as nothing.
even if you think that he was using it in past.... i ask you: he got kick by e+ anticheat system? NO. so do not be rude man! just tell: just tell that you react too fast without thinking

how situation looks now?
i will point that: e+ anticheat dont kick him before and later / pb dont kick him before and later / people what i know dont accuse him of cheating / i pointed also that how easly you can get cvar into config.
what you pointed fps? you had only 1screen after wich he was playing there without any problem + rules cleary say: only yellow. and you give him christmass bonus like: no CWs for boykins = title cheater xD

like in past i said similar to skull, now to you fps: you are not judge or god here: work by the rules and for people, not against them and us ;P
