Due to the fact that Boykins didn't bother self to explain us about the incident, and there is no more evidences about cheating, then, as the formal procedure says- he recieves a yellow card. He's allowed to play any ranking games, however next such issue could cause red card and permanent ban.

About xpanko, look up how long he was on server till he got kicked.

And anticheat won't get any upgrades.
