why admins trying to use forum rules in blogs, and who is blog admins/moderators? asphyx and karol?

I need some help from U in voting. My mother's friend takes part in competition. For almost whole month her work was honestly on 1st place without any programs with changing ip and asking friends to vote, but last 2 days her main opponent began to play not in honest way and now they almost have the same amount of votes. Today is the last day of voting and it will be honest if my mother's friend work will win.

There is a problem with CPMA in the startup. If i connect a server or start singleplayer the loading screen comes up and there is "Awaiting connection ...0" after 1sec it goes back to the main menu. Anyone knows how to fix this ?
