CPMA startup problem

There is a problem with CPMA in the startup. If i connect a server or start singleplayer the loading screen comes up and there is "Awaiting connection ...0" after 1sec it goes back to the main menu. Anyone knows how to fix this ?

yes, ask outside this forum.

shot in the blue, but i suggest you update your cpma/download whole maps etc, for further questions, ask on #cpmpickup @ quakenet (irc)

i had this problem too...and i asked some ppl from cpma also..

you first need to have all the cpma Essential maps .. from here : http://challenge-tv.com/index_old.php?mode=filedetail&file=185

2nd of all DO NOT change the game from excessiveplus to cpma .. because if you start excessiveplus it will start with
+set fs_game excessiveplus +set vm_cgame 2 +set vm_ui 2

for cpma you need only
+set fs_game cpma

so i made a shortcut and added only that
and now for me the single player works .

if you still have problems then go to #cpmapickup on irc and the guys there will give you some help
