i downloaded it off the site went to run it and got "Fehler beim Setzen der Daten für" which says "Error when setting the data for"...anyone know whats going on?

This kid is on my server, causeing trouble and crap. I banned him and than i unbanned him and gave him another chance, than he told some1 that he is going 2 hack my pc if i ban him from my server!
