Server spider

Well i'm wondering why my server always disapear from the e+ spider.
I have to write server adress in the shoutbox so that it can apear in the spider.

hi ppl when i wanna whois someone for the nickhistory it says
user database is disabled --> screen

and i dont know the line in server.cfg for aktivating this database and perhaps it needs a txt

How wide bandwith is necesery per one player in kbit ? Or how manny players can play on 512 kbit symetric ? How manny memory need it per one player ?
