i have readet here http://ucguides.savagehelp.com/Quake3/bots.html that this variables must set also bot_rocketjump must be on so the rocketjump is no problem that works but at the both other cmds it says

someone knows where is the problem there ? (pb isnt enabled or anything)

u have to set sv_cheats 1 before u launch quake, dont know exact command, but make a shortcut of quake3. and go properties and write +sv_cheats 1

but as i say im not very sure of this, it might be something wrong in that command.

ye but when i set cheats on lol then things like godmode or giveall will work on server too or ? Shock i need it for trainingbots Sleepy bah thats so stupid i wanna make new waypoints but then i must make all maps new and all ppl must load it when they wanna play on server ..... mhh is nightmare really the hardest bot that exists ?
