/whois (the nick history)

hi ppl when i wanna whois someone for the nickhistory it says
user database is disabled --> screen

and i dont know the line in server.cfg for aktivating this database and perhaps it needs a txt or ini or something ? :-k

This will enable/disable the user database (aliases).
