Well i'm wondering why my server always disapear from the e+ spider.
I have to write server adress in the shoutbox so that it can apear in the spider. It stays 5 or 6 minutes only and then it disapear again.
Do i have to click http://www.excessiveplus.net/query/213.251.144.31:27015 to get a few minute my server on the spider or is there something to do to keep it as ever on spider?

(i can't change my server port Sad )

dont be so lame weebl - seeing as the search doesnt work for me, i can probably guess it doesnt work for a number of people also...forums are supposed to be to HELP people so you could at least put it across in a nicer way. Post count isnt everything my friend :roll: :roll: :roll:

I did a quick search before posting and i didn't find the same prob. A valuable search result from someone who knows the forum better than me (1000 posts congrats Winking ) could have helped me more than what u posted Happy

i think you are the one being lame here trying to attack me for something which has to do with someone else. if you dont like what you see, come tell me in person or just go in the corner and cry about it.

umm my joke was the link, plus i already gave you a hint as for what to look. this subject has been discussed over and over again. if i didnt say anything someone else should in a not so polite way, at least i didnt say ban, or noob or idiot or RTFM. anyways i hope you find what you are looking for.

OK i found some topics about this but no one solved my probs. I use this:

but it still desappear from the spider... Sad

I seem to remember an issue about using 5 in the master server list - but once again i have bad memory... Cool

try what i use i have no problems with this set up - delete your - copy / paste mine and wait ten minutes for it to be picked up on e+ spider.

if no good start looking at other issues... hope it helps.

I dunno why, mayb it's my server port ? Worried i can't change it.

I dont have any answer to this but I have the exact same issue when I run my server.
I've asked around but nothing seems to help Sad
If you find a solution plz post it.

If I do a query (or anyone else)

it shows up on spider for a few minutes again.

Its very annoying that it doesnt 'stay' on spider...

do you using '+set dedicated 2' when starting server?
its necessary cause 0 = local server, 1 lan server (no heartbeats), 2 inet server (sending heartbeats every 8 minutes or so)

so it looks like your server doesnt sending heartbeats or maybe your firewall/isp blocking them, heartbeats are send to master servers on port 27950 and auth server using 27952
