i had problems with overloaded graphic card in qlive and it looks same like your screenshot.

epsi use ALI's Config Generator u can set their the values for everything xD
/give epsi 1 cookie

hehe yeah is hell of fun to play with it 
but enemycolors must be..mm black...or white at least..
this is the comands that i used:
r_vertexlight 0
r_lightmap 1
r_mapOverBrightBits -4327
r_picmip 9
:DD im experimenting with them 
...to get the best graphic view to see better enemy

I find to have it all white, and all black, but not a combination of both at same time...yet
Aun no he encontraado la manera de hacerlo todo blanco mezclado de negro, pero si todo blanco, o todo negro
