Well its really similar for me ... I dont have a patience , sneaking and sort of tactical camping Winking is not for me ... Action ... thats what I like in quake. However there is one advantage that frezze has in my eyes - I can smoke cigarettes durning match Tongue

i vote for both!! TDM and freeze!! AND PB must be on!! maybe we can use aliens pb cfg??! And if we decide for freeze please DONT use this **** Bro9 cfg!!! this is the biggest ***** on earth! USe the cfg on Mr. freeze server!! Cool

ah ,,,, its gonna be kind out of topic - however ... timm u said that bro9 cfg suxxx ... imo its not ... I like the ideda that rail doesnt kill in first shot - it forces player to use more weapons. Also I like the longer reload time. One thing I would change however ... well weapon change works only after reaload is finished ... so shooting first with rail then quick changing to mg is a little bit tricky. Anyway this cfg is very good imo.

i know this has been said before but must appearently be said again.

tdm league has been done once and the result was good, people seemed to enjoy it.

why is it so hard to give freeze a try. We must try it before we can make a true opinion about real team play and stuff like that.

After that we would have 1 tdm leauge and 1 freeze leauge over with.
That would make it so much easier in the future.

Maybe freeze league will be total success or maybe it will be total suxass Big grin WE MUST ATLEAST TRY FFS

And ppl who compare freeze with cs (think it was phoenix).. well i can olny feel sorry for you, its like u have read a book upside down and then said it sucked. You dont need to like freeze but dont drag cs into this Winking.

What are u total midget-minded guys who wants another tdm league ?
Why is it so hard to give other mods a chance ?
It seems like many of u players need to buy an expansionpack to your brains which allows a bigger view and not eyes with a 640 x 860 resolution.
It´s sad...

Im fine with RTF too but it needs more time to grow

Similarity is (for me) easy: cs == booring .... freeze == booring ... => cs == freeze

Everyone that plays and enjoy dont vote, yes 28 is more than 25, but as I said (or typed rather) the people that vote are the ones that care most, and the ones that care most have more representatives in the "oldies" section, and the oldies section have more freeze players. And not everyone visits this site and know there is a vote in progress. I just dont see that the connection between this vote and what people in general prefer to play is very solid.. I wouldnt say that "most" people play and enjoy freeze more with a 3 vote difference in a poll where very small percentage of this community has participated as backup Happy

On the other hand, if it was said that this poll would decide the gametype, maybe more people would care to vote. And right now, freeze woulda won. I am quite sure whatever gametype is decided on, the league will be as much fun as the last one either way.

WTF short.peaker.. midget brain?

First of all, does midgets have less brains than "non midgets", second, I have tried playing freeze, I even enjoyed it the first 2 or 3 times. And I have played quite a lot afterwards and I HATE it. Its tedious, slow, boring bleh..

Do we all have to agree with you or we are midget brains?

I have to agree with Bo there, Slow & Tedious ... I'd rather have non stop action. It would be the best decider.
