I started to writhe and thrown it off me, then watched in terror as that shadow slowly reached for the door and left. Nothing to worry about, it's normal sleep paralysis, you can even turn it into Lucid Dream 
It's best to try moving your toe to stop it

I fear that i will lose my memories, and when i die i will lost as a human being, everything what u were will gone, that u wont exist anymore. I mean i dont care if i die and my body just gone, the soul-if there is-will die? too..dont know i just cant explain this feeling..this fear..

I also think I am developing a phobia concerning police catching me inebriated. It has happened in the past, and came as a terrible blow.. Nowadays I even have nightmares with policemen

Fear can be consternating or can produce panic or best solution fear can be motivator.
Fear is natural. Prepare us in all ways to survive challenge. Our body and brain are ready for survival.
Point is that you talking here about phobia. It is different thing. A phobia, is an irrational, persistent fear of certain situations, objects, activities, or persons. The main symptom of this disorder is the excessive, unreasonable desire to avoid the feared subject. When the fear is beyond one's control, or if the fear is interfering with daily life, then a diagnosis under one of the anxiety disorders can be made.
So, I don't have no any phobia.
Some people speak about fear from deep sea. That is natural thing. I think that huge majority scare of deep sea. Because it is not natural for human to be on deep sea. We are walkers and use to it long, long time on solid ground...
