Those are called Radio Chats, u can use voicechats editing your cfg file. To edit the cfg file u have to bind some voicechats to a button. example:

bind a "say &gen_goodbye1.wav ^2Good ^1Bye^4!!!"
bind b "say &tap_goodgame1.wav ^3Good ^1Game^6!!!"

in the space of the letter "a" and "b" u can put whatever letter u want. ( h y u j t g r w etc....)

The ^2,^1^3 etc... those are colors in q3 , u can put colors in the message when u press a button and the voicechat will sound and show the text in the colors u putted.

u can find the *.wav file on \QUAKE3\excessiveplus\docs\client.html

u have to open the client.html and at the bottom of the page u can find the commands for every radiochat u want.

this example:

bind a "say &gen_goodbye1.wav ^2Good ^1Bye^4!!!"

you have to put that into your cfg file. First enter to a server, then type /writeconfig "put here the name u want".cfg example:

/writeconfig test.cfg

now u have created a config file named test.cfg on your excessiveplus folder, now open the test.cfg and there u have put the commands as they are in the examples. If u have further questions feel free to ask, PM me or msn...peace...
