A new plus like config based on the old plus.cfg

Test and help to improve the config so its less spammy and better playable!

you need to play place it in the conf folder from excessiveplus then load it like

/load conf/vintage

Radius -> +60 = 480
Damage -> +70 = 295

Add Clanarena settings

Lowered

Granade Launcher |
----------------

Damage -> -50 = 200
Ammo -> -7 = 3

I have just visited Ice Cream server and I 've checked out the config, unfortunately without any players but anyway: everything seems really great for me (great that quad damage and other temporar powerups are back), it's just less fast and less smoothy cfg than actual plusN. Hope to meet some players there next time. Happy
