I won't judge this certain situation since I wasn't there. Then again, I don't think that saying some words in a native language is a reason for being warned, except it is swearing or something similar.

if comes to all that talking, oh come on, dont be as that strict, i know that somethimes this can piss ppl if somebody talk about him in diferent language, but omg why to care about it so much. most ppl that comes to the server are the same ppl, but ask yourself a question if some italianiec pole ger or kitajec will co me to play he will good guy but a guy who dont speak english, and then u will mute the newbie all the time up to a moment he will stop to visit, this way u will lose players

dunno i never had problem wit chatting, since i dont pay attention to a chat, i even stoped to disable notifications, the thing thats annoys me from time to time is that ppl talking while they are ingame, hiden somewhere to write msg ect ect and u waiting on them when u are frozen

First of all, it's spelled server not sever, secondly you are right about the site owner stuff, but let me ask you this, lets say you are in some school with your friends from UK in the middle of nowhere, lets say Albania, would you speak albanian with them so everyone could understand you, or your native, english language?

This is a rather lousy comparison. Of course no one cares if you are standing together with your mates somewhere on the school yard and you are talking Albanian. You aren't disturbing people nor are you segregating others.
