Let me restate the basic problem one more time:
It is not allowed to insult or bully someone on era servers.
Since people loopholed this rule by insulting in their native language, Era had to introduce the only English rule - since people were always talking behind other ones back and people could read that they talked about XY, but not understand exactly what they said.

Era would need a Admin for any language all the time on the server - and since they can't do that you got this rule.

Talking english isn't the problem, after all the game is in english, isn't it? or is there a cracked version with language setting for pl and ru?
