What was wrong with old rules? Just fix some issues that have been made on previous tdm leagues - simple enough.

this are the old rules for the biggest part, only presented in a new way. (organized etc).

good, then just remove your suggestions about player settings and will be great, we play for fun, it is not soccer.. once you get out you can't go in or whatever you suggested. i just don't like that waiting, and showing up on the start if you want to play.
